Shipments and deliveries
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The preparation of the orders requires time so we cannot send the order as soon as it is done. We usually send them the same day or the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will go out on Monday.
We work with GLS with express delivery for national shipments and with Correos for shipments to the Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments.
National shipments take around 24/48 hours from when they are sent. Once it has been sent, a shipping confirmation email will arrive with the locator and later an email from the transport company indicating the delivery date.
It is possible that in certain cases in shipments to the Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and internationally, the indicated delivery time may be extended a little since the transport is by air.
International shipments usually take approximately 10/15 days depending on the destination country.
Both ball necklaces, pearls and bracelets require a few days to manufacture (2/3 days approximately).

When making the purchase, they will ask you for the shipping address, contact information, telephone and email. It is necessary that you pay special attention to these data, since if there is an error in the address and delivery by the transport company is not possible, we will not assume the costs of the second shipment and they will have to be paid again.
