Returns
If due to an error in the order, an erroneous or damaged item arrives, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving the order.

The period of time to make an exchange or return of a product is 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Personalized items for both bracelets and necklaces are non-refundable. If all the requirements for the change are met, only one change will be made per order.
Write us to the email holalolalabola@gmail.com advising of your intention to change or return indicating your order number.
You must specify your full name or your order number so that we can quickly process your request.

Important note: Personalized products cannot be returned / refunded.
Custom orders, once they have started production, cannot be canceled .
Changes and returns are always at the customer's expense.
